1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Peas & Quiet Kitchen Garden (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Peas & Quiet is a personal kitchen garden management and advisory tool. It provides crop tracking, task scheduling, plant diagnosis, and AI-generated gardening advice tailored to your garden’s conditions. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Advisory nature of content

Gardening recommendations, diagnoses, and advice generated by the Service are informational only. They are based on the data you provide and AI model outputs. We make no guarantees about crop yields, pest outcomes, or the accuracy of any recommendations. Always use your own judgement for decisions affecting your garden, health, or food safety.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all data, photos, and documents you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others outside the collaborators feature.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses arising from reliance on AI-generated advice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
